SUBSTANCE: proposed device for detecting sagging objects when rail vehicle is running has contact means overlapping space under checking which is installed in plane square to rail track, pickup connected to measuring unit, vibration conductor and vibration isolators by means of which vibration conductor is secured on tie. Contact means of formed by gable baffles both slopes of which are rigidly connected with vibration conductor on which checking device is mounted made in form of vibration pickup.
