SUBSTANCE: system has at least one local terminal incorporating computer, data modem, and local terminal-to-power supply mains interface unit; connected to power supply mains are also several subscriber's line equipments each incorporating data modem, interface unit, and controller; all data modems are designed to transmit and receive keyed signals in band not over 4F; they are operating at carrier frequencies of nF and mF, where F is frequency of power supply mains; n and m are numbers of its harmonics chosen between 10 and 20 000; controller of each subscriber's line equipment functions to read information out of sensors, to store it for desired time interval, and to yield it depending on kind of request and/or in case of urgent necessity in data transmission; local terminal functions to receive data from controllers of all subscriber's line equipments, to store and yield them.
