FIELD: engineering of informational and data transferring systems, possible use in telephone networks.
SUBSTANCE: system includes dispatching center with computer and peripheral terminals, performing gathering of information from control indicators. As communication channels, electric communication channels are utilized. Computer of dispatching center is connected to central microprocessor controller. Each peripheral terminal includes peripheral microprocessor controller, made with possible internal querying of group of controlling indicators independently on current system operation cycle. Indicators are made discontinuous, two-positional, working in mode "breakdown - no breakdown". Central microprocessor controller enables buffer memory node and processor node. Processor node includes mono-crystalline micro-computer, while providing for possible data receipt from peripheral terminal, comparison of it to data stored in buffer memory of central microprocessor controller, overwriting of data during detection of change into buffer memory with filtering for case of double coincidence of changed data and following transmission of information to computer, containing status bits of all control indicators from all peripheral terminals of objects. Central and peripheral microprocessor controllers are connected to voltage source of secondary electric power grid of electric communication objects.
EFFECT: system allows precise pinpointing of breakdowns and makes it possible to take quick measures for notifying controllers to remove breakdowns.
