FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: system comprises the customer kit (1) installed in the water measuring unit (2) of the customer. The customer kit includes the controller (3), the counter (4) for water consumption metering (4) and the receiving-transmitting device (5) of the consumer configured in the form of a GSM-modem for transmitting the information over the wireless network (6) to the server (7) of data processing and storage, connected to the calculations control server (10), which are installed in the central control room (8) of the water supplier. The customer kit is provided with non-volatile memory (9) storing an individual customer number and connected to the counter for water consumption metering and to the controller, made with the possibility to accumulate the readings of the counter for water consumption metering with steps per period. The calculations control server is made with the possibility to determine the type of customers (12) and the number of inhabitants of the residential-type customers by an individual customer number. The system is provided with the module of individual data sampling by customer types, the input of which is connected to the outputs of the data processing and storage server and the calculations control server, the analytical module (13) made with the possibility to obtain the unevenness dependency of water consumption by residential-type consumers on the number of residents, the input of which is connected to the outputs of the module of individual data sampling by customer types and the calculations control server.
EFFECT: improved reliability and extended functionality of the system.
