FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has operation unit having tubular bar with internal movable tie rod, casing and handles movable relative to the casing. The handles are movably mounted to enable one to change its position from 70 deg to the position coaxial with the casing. Supporting handle has fork-like part that is connected to fork-like part of the casing through an axle. Controllable handle is mounted in the fork-like part of the casing. Control handle is connected to operation unit through another axle and to the supporting handle through another axle.
