FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing provided with handle and connected to one end of tubular member 4, elongated operation member composed of movable member 8 and fixed member 7, axial hinge 27 of angular rotation drive, operation member control units and measuring scales 18 and 24-26 as a set of marks with base dashes 28 and 29. The operation member is mounted on the end of tubular member 4 by means of hinged joint with axle 27 and telescopic node made from external and internal tubes 10 and 11, respectively. The telescopic node provides operation member traveling in the direction of longitudinal axis 30 and rotating about it. One pair of opposite ends of external and internal tubes 10 and 11 is rigidly attached to casing member 22 of hinged joint and fixed member 7 of the operation member, respectively. The other pair remains free. Guiding member 36 of telescopic node is manufactured as rod attached with one end to the internal surface of casing member 22 of hinged joint The other end of guiding member 36 is positioned in axial channel in the body of fixed member 7 of the operation member and is movable in translation and rotation mode. The translation and rotation driver is flexible shaft 40 connected with one of its ends to bushing 39 fit on pin 38 attached with one end to the surface of internal tube 11.
