FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention is specifically related to electrolytic production of aluminum in electrolyzers interconnected in series electric network with any longitudinal or lateral placement of them in frame. Bus arrangement includes collecting cathode buses mounted along longitudinal walls of electrolyzer with cathode taps connected to anode buses of electrolyzers next in row by means of anode uprights. Ferromagnetic screens are positioned between anode uprights and electrolyzer. Screens are multilayer and in plan they have form of trapezium or triangle facing anode upright with base. EFFECT: raised output of aluminum, provision for more stable side buildup protecting side lining against destruction. 2 cl, 3 dwg
