FIELD: medicine, ecological human and animal physiology, veterinary and clinical express diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with a 2001-fold dilution of a blood sample with isotonic solution of sodium chloride at pH being 7.4. Then two equal portions of diluted sample are taken: one portion is incubated with propranol supplement, the other one is subjected to photometry before and after addition of 0.1 hydrochloric acid solution at 1:20 ratio against initial volume of a sample's portion. Then the second portion is twice subjected to photometry by registering hemolysis kinetics according to the decrease of optic density, automatically, at 1/s discreteness. The information obtained is treated by a computer the software of which visualizes hemolysis diagrams by determining erythrocytic content in fractions of different acidic resistance, registers both stable and labile parameters of its kinetics, converts them into the values of hematology and hemogenesis, activity of sympathoadrenal system and plasm concentration of thyrotropic and thyroid gland hormones. The program of expert evaluation compares obtained indices' values with the database standard and presents an output information as an analysis blank which characterizes a functional body state.
