FIELD: thermomechanic working of light-weight alloys, possibly in machine engineering for making parts of thin sheets of alloys containing beryllium in order to improve deformability and mechanical properties of materials. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preliminary working material; deforming it at conditions of compression-stress state at simultaneously applying tension efforts with deformation degree providing uniform inner stresses; performing finish heat treatment; using Al-Be-Mg alloys as hard-to-form alloys; performing preliminary heating until 500-600C; deforming by tension at stabilized temperature 350-400 C while equalizing temperature in cross section and along length of blank; realizing secondary deforming by drawing at 200-250 C. High temperature treatment is realized continuously while drawing blank through system of heating apparatuses. EFFECT: enhanced deformability and strength characteristics of materials. 2 cl
