FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method of thermomechanical treatment of difficult-to-form sheet aluminum alloys of aluminum-beryllium-magnesium system includes preliminary heat treatment of sheet blank at 550-600 C with gradual reduction of temperature and its equalization across cross-section, subsequent mechanical forming under conditions of compressed-stressed state of material with applied tensile force at temperature of 350-380 C conducted with continuous shaping of sheet blank in rotating roller device, repeated forming with application of drawing force over entire cross-section at temperature of 200-250 C, and final heat treatment by artificial ageing for imparting the preset properties. EFFECT: higher deformability and improved mechanical properties of manufactured parts.
