SHUT-OFF VALVE Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: shutting-oil gas flow at delivery of pulse pressure to inlet passage. SUBSTANCE: shut-off valve has body with flow section. Valve body has inlet and outlet passages. Shut-off valve is also provided with seat made in form of truncated cone to whose surface outlet passage is brought. Passage is shut-off by means of shut-off member whose shape corresponds to shape of seat. Provision is made for additional outlet passage which is communicated with inlet. Shut-off member is provided with component at pressure exceeding pressure pulse of valve operation. Shut-off member is fitted directly above inlet and is integrated with piston which is pressed by calibrated spring. EFFECT: possibility of shutting-off main outlet passage at definite pulse source of gas and delivery of accurately preset amount of gas. 4 cl, 1 dwg
