FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating artificial penis erection by means of vacuum compression device. Maximum erection being achieved, factor action causing erection is stopped. Flexible ring is moved to the penis root. Erection vanishing during following 2-3 min after moving the Flexible-ring, pathologic venous blood outflow is considered to take place. Rarefaction degree causing erection maximum to be achieved, is measured by means of vacuummeter unit. The rarefaction value reaching 0.4-0.6 Atm, conclusions are drawn concerning pathological changes in cavernous body tissues and their protein sheaths. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
