FIELD: medicine, obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: the method puts forward to apply perfluorane to be intravenously injected through infusomatic device at 50 ml/h velocity at the dosage of 3.5 ml/kg body weight, 3-4 times, not more. The method in question enables to improve uterine- placental blood flow, increase saturation of intervillous space with an oxygen to enhance activity of extravillous cytotrophoblast.
