FIELD: medicine, obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: before planned delivery, a fetus is affected with an excessive atmospheric pressure at 1.5-2.0 atm under low-pressure chamber conditions for 1-3 seances, each one lasts for 50 min, at constant registration of fetal heart beating due to pickup units of ultrasound device which are located inside lowpressure chamber upon maternal anterior abdominal wall. The method enables to conduct therapy of a subcompensated form of placental deficiency along with cardiomonitoring control for fetal state under low-pressure chamber conditions.
