FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics, and can be applied for prevention of severe forms of obstetrical pathology. Method includes preliminary dopplerometry of uterine-placental hemodynamics condition for pregnant women at 2 trimester of pregnancy. After that, infusion of magnesia in dose 30.0 ml is performed. One day after infusion repeated dopplerometry of uterine arteries is carried out and if the spasm of uterine vessel remains - donor of nitrogen oxide - nebilet in minimal dose in dose 2.5 mgx2 times per day is prescribed under control of AP and pulse.
EFFECT: invention application makes it possible to reduce number of pregnancy complications associated with severe form of obstetrical pathology and perinatal loss due to reduction of endothelial dysfunction severity and recovery of uterine-placental blood flow intensity without negative action on fetoplacental blood flow.
