SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynaecology, and can be used for early drug-induced prevention of chronic foetal hypoxia and foetal development retardation (FDR) in women at risk. Prevention of foetal growth retardation is ensured by prescribing, from 6 to 12 weeks of pregnancy, a risk group of micronised progesterone 200 mg intravaginal 2 times a day, vitamin D 1000 IU until the end of pregnancy, 400 mg of folic acid, from 13 to 21 weeks of dipyridamole in dosage 100 mg/day, and reducing a dose of progesterone to 100 mg 2 times a day and prescribed complex of polyunsaturated fatty acids of family omega-3 in dose 300 mg to 36 weeks of pregnancy. If vitamin D deficiency is increased dose of vitamin D to 2000 IU per day until late pregnancy.

EFFECT: technical result is prescription and reduction of the number of preparations with proven effectiveness and safety prevents perinatal losses, reduces the rate of birth of children with delayed development and foetus hypoxia.
