SUBSTANCE: apparatus has rotor and stator, which are equipped with channels and arranged so that when first row channels of rotor coincide with those of stator, channels of other rows of rotor are offset in circumferential direction relative to channels of respective rows in stator for value, which is calculated from predetermined ratio. Apparatus allows solvation, dispersion, emulsifying, homogenization and other processes to be intensified.
