FIELD: production of devices for creation of impulse oscillations in the running liquid mediums.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with devices for creation of impulse oscillations in the running liquid mediums and may be used for realization and intensification of different physico-chemical, hydromechanical and heat-mass-exchanging processes in the "liquid - liquid" and "solid - liquid" types systems. Substance: the rotor apparatus contains the housing with branch-pipes for the running liquid mediums inlet and outlet, concentrically mounted rotor and stator with channels in the side walls of cylinders, a chamber of scoring and a drive. The number of channels in the stator (Z_c) is more than number of channels in the rotor (Z_p) and is defined by the ratio: Z_c = Z_p + k и Z_c / Z_p ≠ k, where k = l, 2,3..., and Z_c and Z_p are coprime numbers. The technical result of the invention is an increase of the basic frequency of oscillations in a medium and an intensification of the heat-mass-exchanging processes.

EFFECT: the invention allows to increase the basic frequency of oscillations in a medium and to intensify the heat-mass-exchanging processes.
