FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: centripetal force field is formed coaxially with centrifugal force field and peripherally to rotary pulverizer blades by disposing wedge cavity narrowing in direction of pulverizer rotation in flow chamber with tangential inlet canal. Linear speed of pulverizer blades is maintained higher than maximum melt stream velocity in tangential canal. Jet of melt to be dispersed is formed in annular slot, disposing it in zone of maximum values of kinetic energies of each force field stream. Mean radius Rcp of slot is chosen from inequality: R <Rcp <R1 wherein R is maximum radius of centrifugal-impact pulverizer and R1 is radius on which apex of wedge cavity is located. As a result, full pressure in melt increases with a minimum deviation of absolute velocities of jet being dispersed and pulverizer blades. EFFECT: increased productivity of process and narrowed limits of granulometric composition of product; eliminated cavitation conditions. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
