FIELD: power engineering; thermal power stations. SUBSTANCE: method involves following procedures: part of fuel-air mixture is separated from total flow, subjected to heat treatment, and then products of this process are mixed up with remaining part of fuel-air mixture within heating space. Novelty is that proposed plant implementing this method is provided, in addition, with new component in the form of internal pipe for carrying fuel to be thermally treated which has device for controlling proportion of components of fuel-air mixture conveyed to internal pipe from outside.
