FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used for kindling of steam and hot-water boilers. Proposed method consists in using pulverized coal air mixture for kindling and backlighting solid-propellant boilers. Heating of muffle furnace is performed by means of generator gas to temperature from 700 to 1000 °C and controlled by temperature sensor at further supply of pulverized coal air mixture, which ignites, forms a stable torch, while heating boiler furnace. As starting-up fuel for heating of muffle furnace is used generator gas instead of black oil.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is higher efficiency, reliability and environmental friendliness of the oil-free ignition system.
