FIELD: measurement technology, dynamic calibration of torque meters by determination of their dynamic characteristics. SUBSTANCE: method determining dynamic characteristics of torque meters consist in application of pulse mechanical action to member-rotating shaft loading torque meter, in its subsequent momentary unloading by destruction of breakable member and in simultaneous recording of response of torque meter. For this shaft is accelerated to specified velocity, is loaded by application to it of tension force of flexible coupling wound on pulley put of shaft. Device determining dynamic characteristics of torque meters has shaft supported in bearings in base, breakable member with known destructive force, recorder of response of torque meter, drive rotating shaft, transmitter of rotational speed of shaft, flywheel put on one end of shaft, first pulley with preset inertial characteristics put on other end of shaft and second pulley installed on base. First pulley is coupled through flexible coupling anchored on it to breakable member which in its turn is coupled to second pulley with the aid of flexible coupling wound on this pulley. Transmitter of rotational speed of shaft is coupled to recorder of response of torque meter. EFFECT: raised authenticity of determination of dynamic characteristics of torque meter. 2 cl, 1 dwg
