FIELD: measurement technology, various branches of economy where amount of liquid and gas is measured. SUBSTANCE: liquid and gas meter incorporates responding element comprising coil and core which is mounted on inlet-outlet branch pipe. It can come in the form of Wiegand element. Impeller which blades carry metal plates made of magnetic material or magnets is placed in pipe-line. Section produced from non-magnetic material is formed at point of attachment of responding element to pipe-line, above impeller, to secure tightness at this point. Narrowing unit-nozzle is located in inlet part of pipe-line. Electron unit includes responding element, stepping motor mechanically coupled to indicator which is set of gears with digits. Responding element is connected with the aid of cable to stepping motor of electron unit that can be installed on pipe-line or outside it. Meter does not require any kind of power supply, neither from network nor from self-contained unit. EFFECT: increased functional security while used under conditions of explosive media, decreased cost of meter. 3 dwg
