FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to granulation of fluid or semi-fluid substance. Proposed method comprises spraying of fluid in granulating tower by revolving pan with perforated sidewall. Fluid jets out flowing from said perforated sidewall are subjected to vibration along tower axis A-A while fluid in pan is, mainly, not subjected to vibration. Besides, invention covers appropriate device with pan perforated sidewall is jointed with vibration source and has flexible joint with pan frame.
EFFECT: better monodispersion in granulating tower.
