FIELD: intravision, visualization of images of internal structure of object. SUBSTANCE: X-rays are concentrated in zone that includes point located inside examined region of object to which present results of measurement are related. Secondary scattered radiation originating in this zone is transported with the aid of X- ray lens, for example, to one or several detectors. Moving specified zone one scans examined region and evaluates density of substance in this point of object by aggregation of values of intensity of secondary radiation. Technical result of invention is increased accuracy of determination of indices of density of substance of object in combination with avoidance of employment of complex and expansive technical aids. Utilization of process in medicine for diagnostic purposes reduces radiation dose of tissues. EFFECT: increased accuracy of determination of density. 19 cl, 11 dwg
