SUBSTANCE: device has hollow probe, neutral particles radiation source as roentgen- or gamma-quanta or as neutrons, and means for producing particle beam of radiation aligned along longitudinal probe axis. The means for producing particle beam is designed as collimator or lens being a set of curved canals for transporting radiation under total internal reflection condition. The means is enclosed into detachable probe.

EFFECT: simplified sterilization method; easily adjustable configuration and operation conditions.
