FIELD: drilling of wells with axes inclined to horizon. SUBSTANCE: device has fixed and movable in axial direction members. Clamping member are made in form of changeable jaws with shoes. Connecting members are made in form of force ring and lever. Lever is installed in body for turning with help of additional hydraulic cylinders. Lever and ring are hinged to each other by hydraulic cylinders of clamping member drive. Device may have the second wrench immovable installed in device body secured to bed of drilling rig. Device makes it possible to fulfill all types of operations with members of drilling string without use of manual operations in drilling wells with constantly changing drilling axes relative to horizon.
