FIELD: polypeptides, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polypeptide composition that elicits biological activity in interaction with extracellular receptors on cellular membrane. The composition has a complex of ionic pharmaceutically effective polypeptide taken among the group including hedgehog-proteins, osseous morphogenetic proteins, growth factors, erythropoietin, thrombopoietin, G-CSF, interleukins and interferons. This composition has amphiphilic compound additionally being polypeptide and amphiphilic compound form ionic complex but the formation of complex does not result to enhancement of polypeptide solubility. The prepared complex shows water-soluble properties and it is a mixture of soluble and insoluble complex.
