Primer substance is prepared from aqueous dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene, to which polyamide- imide resin and tetrafluoroethylene/poly(propyl vinyl ether) copolymer are added. Finishing substance is prepared from aqueous polytetrafluoroethylene suspension and support material from solution of polyamide-imide resin in organic solvent.
