SUBSTANCE: invention relates to kitchen utensils. The item comprises a metal housing (2) which contains a concave inner surface (21) intended for the location from the side of the food, curved outer surface (22) intended for the location closer to the heat source. And on the said inner surface sequentially starting from the said housing (2), the enameled solid base (3) is applied, which is rough and does not contain lead and cadmium, and then the non-stick coating (4) covering the said solid layer (3). The present invention also relates to a method of manufacturing such item (1).
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a non-stick coating with good properties of adhesion to the housing and the corrosion resistance properties.
