FIELD: manufacture of duplex fire hoses. SUBSTANCE: the jacket for coating the bag is manufactured of thermoplastic polymer representing a mixture of copolymerethylene with vinylacetate related to the class of polyolefins. The device for application of the watertight coating has a device for securing the ends of the manufactured hose, heater and a working table for arrangement of the members of the heater device made in the form of a pressing iron enveloping the manufactured hoses on their outer surface. The device has guides, drive for moving the heater on the guides, device for air feed to the hoses, and a device for monitoring or control of the air pressure in the hose and the temperature of the heater working surfaces.
