FIELD: manufacturing and repairing thin-wall structures. SUBSTANCE: method for repairing thin-wall structures mainly single-side approached sheets and monolithic panels such as sheet parts of automobiles or airplanes involves detecting damaged area boundaries and cutting off damaged area. Repair patch is made of several layers of prepreg and liquid adhesive mixture with filler. Each next layer except first one is larger in size than previous one by amount of overlap; damaged area is filled with epoxy adhesive. Bottom of damaged area is formed from first prepreg layer and partially indented inside structure. Defective area is filled with mixture of liquid epoxy adhesive with filler. Other layers are applied above mentioned mixture and repair patch is formed. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of repairing thin-wall parts having defects of any size. 5 dwg
