FIELD: oil and gas producing industry as well as other industries using heat-transfer apparatuses. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing with tangential inlet nipple and uniflow outlet nipple, as well as electric heater mounted in its internal free space, and three coaxial cylinders closed on ends which form three sealed concentric inner spaces; inlet nipple is installed on side surface of external cylinder near one of its ends; uniflow outlet nipple is provided on same end of internal cylinder; electric heater is made in the form of coil placed in intermediate space. Side surface of intermediate hollow cylinder bears heat-transfer plate which is of helical profile from inlet nipple to bypass. Proposed apparatus is distinguished by low power requirement for heating working medium and facilitated heat transfer from heater to working medium. EFFECT: enhanced heat-transfer capacity and economic efficiency, reduced size and weight, improved safety and reliability of apparatus. 1 dwg
