FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out deep sclerectomy for separating external wall of the Schlemm's canal. Then, tunnels of 3-3.5 mm in length are formed through which hydrogel polymer drains of 1 mm in width, 6 mm in length and 0.05 mm thickness are implanted with defects left in trabecular tissue. EFFECT: stable hypotensive action+ADs- excluded hypotension to occur due to controlled liquid discharge. 1 dwg
