FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of N- nitrooxazolidine-1,3 of the general formula (I) where R means H, CH3. Method of synthesis of N-nitrooxazolidines-1,3 of the general formula (I) is carried out by interaction of β-hydroxyalkylsulfamate of the formula (II) with formaldehyde in water medium or a mixture of water with alcohol followed by nitration of reaction product with nitrating agent and if necessary the end product of the general formula (I) where R means CH2Cl is converted to compound of the general formula (I) where R means CH2N3 by treatment with sodium azide. Invention provides the development of novel N- nitrooxazolidines-1,3 that are able to plasticize polymers. EFFECT: new compounds indicated above, improved method of synthesis. 2 cl, 1 tbl, 7 ex
