MIXED PLASTICIZER Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: described is mixed polymer plasticizer based on N, N'- dialkylmethylene dinitramines. Plasticizer is essentially mixture of N,N'-dialkylmethylene dinitramines which comprises compounds of general formula: RNNO₂CH₂NNO₂R (I) wherein R is CH₃, C₂H₅ or CH₂CH₂N₃, compounds of general formula: RNNO₂CH₂NNO₂R′ (II) wherein R is as defined above: R' is CH₂CH₂N₃, CH₂CH(N₃)CH₃ or (CH₂)₃N₃, and compounds of general formula: R′NNO₂CH₂NNO₂R′ (III) wherein R' is as defined above, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: 1,3-76: II, 20-52, and III, the balance. The resulting plasticizer has lower melting temperature, high nitrogen content and high combustion rate. EFFECT: improved properties of the mixed plasticizer. 6 ex, 2 tbl
