METHOD OF PREPARING MIXED PLASTICIZER (VARIANTS) Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: described are methods of preparing mixed plasticizer consisting of 2,4-dinitro-2,4-diazahexane and 3,5-diazaheptane. First method comprises reacting N,N'- dialkylurea of general formula: RN(H)CON(H)R, wherein R=CH₃ or C₂H₅, with oleum, formaldehyde and nitrating mixture and further with aminoderivative of general formula: RN(NO₂)R′ wherein R′=H or CH₂N(NO₂)R. Second method (variant) comprises reacting amidoderivative with formaldehyde and nitrating mixture at lower temperature. Aminoderivative is compound of general formula: RNHSO₃H, wherein R=CH₃ or C₂H₅, which is further reacted with aminoderivative of general formula: RN(NO₂)R′, wherein R′=H or CH₂N(NO₂)R..
