FIELD: measuring flowrates of liquids. SUBSTANCE: flowmeter has two single-mode optical radiation sources, single-mode optical fiber and additional optical fiber, optical parts separating optical radiation from central and tubular waveguides of optical fibers, and photodetector. Optical fibers are arranged in parallel to each other in plane perpendicular to tube axis on adequately cooled fastening member. Coefficients of linear expansions of optical fibers and fastening member are equal, lengths, diameters and tensioning forces of optical fibers are chosen so as to ensure coverage of first zone of optical fiber resonance in within flowrate measurement range.
