FIELD: stocking of raw plant material. SUBSTANCE: method involves gathering and slightly drying branches in two stages, with central parts of brooms being first bound from 5-50% in each part counting from the number of branches in complete broom, with following slight drying; completing slightly dried central part from the outside with lacking branches until complete broom is formed; slightly drying complete brooms; stacking and holding brooms in stacks under moisture-impermeable cover for 0.5-5 days; subjecting stacked brooms to compression in cylinders having diameter less than 200 mm or pressing with edge of wrapping paper in the process of wrapping on surface in 1-3 layer paper into cones with apex portion near broom handle and with maximal size of cone base of 50-300 mm at end opposite to that of handle; providing additional drying in loose stack for about 30 days. Method allows brooms with increased number of branches to be manufactured. Brooms may be used for performing massaging procedure providing advantageous effect to person's skin.
