SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to options of implementation of a filler for electronic cigarettes and a cartridge for electronic cigarettes. The filler for electronic cigarettes contains a rectangular sheet element with a set of slots in its surface, while provided that a longitudinal direction of an electronic cigarette is the first direction, and a direction located in a plane, perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, is the second direction, the specified set of slots includes one or more first slots along the first direction from one side of the sheet element, which passes in the second direction.
EFFECT: homogenous airflow is provided during the use.
