FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: composition has at least one metal oxide nanopigment and triple acryl copolymer. The triple acryl copolymer has a) approximately 20-70% by mass of carbonic acid of α, β - monoethylene nonsaturation; b) approximately 20-80% by mass of an ingredient differing from ingredient a) of a monomer having monoethylene nonsaturation showing no surface-active properties of a) selected from C₁-C₄-alkyl-acrylates and -methacrylates, styrene, vinyltoluene vinyl acetate, acrylonitrile and vinylidene chloride; and c) approximately 0.5-60% by mass of nonionic urethan monomer being reaction product of nonionogenic single atom surfactant and monoisocyanate of monoethylene nonsaturation. The metal oxide nanopigments are selected in particular from nanopigments oxides of titanium, cerium, zirconium, iron, zinc, or their mixtures optionally having or having no coating with elementary particles being greater than 5 nm and less than 100 nm.
