FIELD: cosmetology. SUBSTANCE: invention deals with cosmetic compositions containing in cosmetically acceptable aqueous medium: a polysaccharide and a triple acryl copolymer and, also, the method for treating keratin materials. A triple acryl copolymer contains: (a) about 20-70 wt.% carboxylic acid with α,β- monoethylene saturation; (b) about 20- 80 wt.% monomer with monoethylene nonsaturation not revealing any surface-active properties being distinct against (a) component, and (c) about 0.5-60% nonionic urethan monomer being the product of reaction of nonionogenic monatomic SAS with monoisocyanate with monoethylene nonsaturation. Polysaccharide is represented by guar resin. Compositions reveal target viscosity, they are not paste-like ones and demonstrate good distribution along skin and hair by providing them softness and capacity to be well combed along with high fixing properties. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 21 cl
