SUBSTANCE: windmill-electric generating plant designed for use in permanent wind areas and also in Northern and Far East regions has four sails on each windmill mounted on its shaft and functioning as moving blades; propellers are assembled to form strings setting in rotary motion their respective slow-speed generators; novelty is that windmills are mounted on tubular supporting piles and straight horizontal strings are fanned out starting from arc-shaped powerhouse with its convex side facing the strings.
