FIELD: wind-power engineering; rotary power plants.
SUBSTANCE: proposed rotary power plant has windmills, tubular supporting poles integrated into strings, and power generator. Supporting poles are made of metal; two rotor shafts of windmills are intercoupled by means of steel cable section; power plant also has flags incorporating staff, fabric cloth, and elastic cloth limiters; two adjacent flags disposed either side of shaft form propeller and windmill strings are mounted either in parallel or at certain angle to each other.
EFFECT: enhanced power output and efficiency, simplified design of power plant.
