SUBSTANCE: the boiler plant has at least a single cyclone air burner, outdoor air is injected to the combustion zone of the latter, this air is heated inside the cyclone air burner and in the duct positioned around its outside walls, part of the outdoor air is fed through an air heater, and the combustion process is controlled by variation of the relations of air volume fed to the cyclone air burner directly and through the air heater.
