FIELD: oil production; measurement of flow rate of high-viscous liquids pumped into pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: proposed flowmeter is provided with change-over unit, measuring cylinder with delivery cavity and piston provided with return spring. Change-over unit is arranged in housing; it is made in form of plunger connected with shaft of drive of pump by means of shaped washer. Plunger is provided with passage which may be communicated with delivery cavity found in housing. Pistons is connected with converting electrical system which includes analog-to-digital converter and summer unit. EFFECT: easy attachment of meter to pump; enhanced compactness; ease in maintenance. 1 dwg
