FIELD: oil extracting industry. SUBSTANCE: device has body with locking body placed inside, stop and reciprocal spring. Packer is placed above the body. Through passages in body and locking body connect above-packer and below-packer areas in open position of valve. Reciprocal valve is also provided, which is made in form of inverted ball valve and is placed in side pocket with capability of allowing fluid passing from below-packer area into above-packer area. There is a fixing assembly rigidly fixed in the body in form of catch combined with quick-dismountable connection. Catch is made in form of freely rotating fixing means. In open position catch is connected to guiding elements and limiting means, which are made on inner surface of hollow cylinder of quick-dismountable connection.
