FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method may be used for producing a food product with therapeutic-and-prophylactic properties from roe of Ehinodermata such as cucumaria and sea hedgehods. Roe is extracted, washed, dried and classified with simultaneous removal of roe with dark tints. Then roe is ground up to preparation of homogeneous mass, and the latter is mixed with food fat in homogenizer in the following ratio, ground roe mass and food fat, 1: 10. After it, common salt is added in amount not more than 1% from mixture mass. Roe may be additionally dehydrated by the method of sublimation, for example. The method allows to prepare a food product without large expenditures from roe of Ehinodermata with therapeutic-and-prophylactic properties and possessing positive action for correction of lipoid metabolism at hypoxia, in conditions of immunodeficiency and radiation injury, etc. EFFECT: production of food product with high therapeutic-and prophylactic properties. 2 cl, 3 ex
