SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with biologically active additives (BAA) obtained out of sea products that could be applied in dietary therapy for either prophylaxis or treating cardiovascular diseases. BAA contains food fish oil and biologically active substances (variants): concentrate of carotinoids, alcoholic extract of phospholipids' concentrate, alcoholic extract of phospholipids' concentrate with saponins obtained out of sea hydrobionts, such as sea cucumbers, sea hedgehogs and starfishes, herring, etc. The present innovation increases biological activity of fish oil, broadens assortment of curative-prophylactic products due to applying wide range of biologically active substances obtained out of hydrobionts.
