FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying Doppler echocardiography for evaluating tissue speed parameter changes. Acceleration index is calculated as ratio of early diastolic tissue speed to acceleration time measured from the beginning of diastolic myocardium movement to the moment of achieving early diastole peak speed. Retardation time measured from early diastole filling speed peak to diastasis is calculated. The acceleration and retardation values being reduced and ratio of early diastolic speed to later diastolic speed being deviated from 1 as the initial value towards the area where the value is less than 1 in the testing course, cardiac ischemia disease diagnosis is to be set. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of early stage diagnosis. 7 tbl
